Quality control
Due to LTP's earlier long history of being a subcontracting intermediary, we have a very strict attitude about quality control. We are paying special attention to the single customer's point of focus!
- We make a very systematic control starting on the new fabric samples where we make washing test for shrinkage and fading etc.
- On fabrics we make from 100% control on new fabric down to 5-10% on well proven suppliers and fabrics. Here beside we make a visual control on the spread of the fabric before cutting. We test for shrinkages, width, weight, colour, fading print etc, etc.
- Prints, transfers etc are checked by washing and by steaming.
- All orders are started by LTP technician, both on own factories as well as by sub contractors. We have a strict in-line inspection by our own experienced quality controllers, also on both our own factories and by subcontractors.
- We make a full garment inspection by packing and we make a random labelling correctness control of the finished packed goods as well as we double check by cut figures and packing lists.
- If demanded, the orders can pass our needle detector.
