Single point of contact

Good customer relationship means to make the customers life easy. In LTP we are working with a "single point of contact" idea, meaning that you as our customer only have 1 contact person in LTP. All our account managers has a very high degree of both commercial and technical understanding, and therefore they are able to keep a full "hands on" relationship about the customers orders. The account manger is handling everything about the customer, internal as well as external. And because the work is very organized and systematic, they can easily substitute each other, so you will never be left alone.
