Patternmaking/sampling
To meet the customers' demands, LTP has build up a highly skilled pattern/sampling department with very experienced pattern makers, production technicians and sampling sewers.
Equipped with Gerber system, we can both make the patterns our self or we can import yours.
To obtain the best possible quality and production method, all sampling is made in the production, in very close contact between the account manager, the technician and the production department.
For the optimum result we focus on:
- Proactivity: We will careful go through you assignment. We will quest if we have any doubts and we will suggest changes or improvements if we find it can give better result, in look, in production or in quality.
- Leadtime: We are aware how important the sampling process is, and the set dates are for our customers. We keep you updated on the dates and we are constantly working on reducing the leadtimes.
- First time correctness: We know the cost for both you and us, if the prototypes has to be remade. We are measuring our first time correctness on prototypes, and we have set-up a target of 85%.
