Quality control
To assure a high and even quality level on all delivered garments, LTP has build up a systematic quality control system from sampling to delivered goods.
- Incoming goods inspection: Systematic inline inspection of all rawmaterials, with specified focus points according the type of rawmaterial.
- Cutting control: Full on table fabric control, with specified focus points.
- In line control: Running and systematic in-line control with product and customer specific focus points.
- End control: Systematic end control together with folding and packing, as well as inspection for needle parts, if demanded.
- Packing control: Systematic control of size, bag and box labeling and packing list towards order.
